We’re currently looking for a Talent and Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow and support our talented VTubers.
Do You Possess These Skills?
1 Passion for the VTuber Industry: You must have a genuine interest in the world of VTubing and virtual entertainment. Understanding the dynamics and culture of this unique industry is essential.
2 Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. You should be adept at crafting engaging marketing campaigns and promoting our VTubers across various platforms.
3 Talent Management: Experience in talent management is a plus. You’ll be responsible for discovering, nurturing, and supporting our VTubers, helping them reach their full potential.
4 Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll need to effectively communicate with talents, partners, and the audience.
5 Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. We’re looking for someone who can contribute creatively to our projects and campaigns.
6 Team Player: Must be able to work well within a team, collaborating with other managers and talents.
7 Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must be detail-oriented and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
8 Clipping, Video Edit and Graphic Design – You should have an intermediate level of video editing and graphic designing skills.
Your Mission
1 Talent Development: Work closely with our VTubers to help them develop their skills, plan their content, and grow their personal brands.
2 Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our VTubers and Project: Verses. This includes social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
3 Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, such as debuts, collaborations, and special streams. Ensure smooth execution and find ways to maximize audience engagement.
4 Community Engagement: Foster a strong connection with our community, understanding their needs and preferences, and creating content that resonates with them.
5 Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations within the industry to expand our reach and influence.
